Stress Relief Full Body Oil Massage
Combination of deep-tissue, Swedish and lymph drainage. Therapy can be adapted to meet your individual needs, be it strong and deep, or a lighter and more relaxing massage.
Available as 1 hour or 1-1/2 hour sessions

Holistic Full body Massage using Herbal Oils
A truly holistic experience using pure aromatic plant oils, incorporating vigorous techniques. We make use of both oriental and western aromas and massage techniques. A fusion between west and east!
Available as 1 hour or 1-1/2 hour sessions

Hot Stone Massage Therapy
Healing properties for both skin and muscles due to the use of specially heated basalt stones in combination with Swedish-style massage movements.
Available as 1 hour or 1-1/2 hour sessions

Thai Yoga Full Body Massage
Following a slow, methodical routine of pressure and stretches along energy lines (meridians) of the body.
Available as 1-1/2 hour or 2 hour sessions

Specialized Therapeutic Massage
Firmer massage than traditional Swedish or Aromatherapy with deeper muscle and soft tissue involvement.

Zambian Foot Reflexology Massage
Firm massage with small tools being used to rub the sides and tops of your toes.
Available as 1 hour session

The uniqueness of the treatment rooms is most definitely their location. All rooms overlook a rather large lagoon that hosts a big pod of hippo's and a number of crocodiles and turns in the dry season into a huge attraction for all types of game that come down for a drink. Guests can enjoy a number of treatments or simply sit in the Jacuzzi and enjoy the sun set over the lagoon with a refreshment at hand watching the game come down to drink!

Your reception or hosts can take bookings for any session with short notice, but try to give us a minimum of 6 hours. Medical Consultation
Before commencing massage treatment on any client, it is necessary to ascertain their state of health. The medical consultation allows us to obtain the most accurate information. The therapist assesses the client as a whole and judges psychological, physical and physiological states presented by any signs and symptoms. Manual massage has few contra-indications, but may need to be adapted to suit the client’s physical condition. By participating with the consultation, the client confirms the information provided is complete and accurate. The client also confirms undertaking the treatment on his/her own risk and accepts that The Personal Touch ltd, its directors, or any persons working for this company cannot be held responsible for any, injury, death, loss, theft or damage to the client or their personal belongings. If the therapist has any apprehension over the client's health, a reference to either a local doctor or the client's own G.P. will be made.
